Qualifications

Responsibilities

• People Leadership: Lead, coach, mentor, and develop your team to drive sales, enhance customer service, and foster growth.

• Staffing and Training: Recruit, hire, train, and retain store employees.
• Retail Operations: Oversee inventory management, scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and day-to-day store operations.
