You will oversee merchandising, inventory, staffing, and the setup, pack-up and teardown of the seasonal space while ensuring compliance with safety and labor standards; previous retail management experience is required. The role requires a flexible schedule, 21+ age, and the ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Prior retail management experience is required.
• Minimum age 21, must have a flexible schedule.
• Physical demands include 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds.
