Qualifications
- At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
- Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
- Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Responsibilities
- Ensure a great customer experience and custom-fit solutions for hair and beauty needs.
- Achieve sales goals by overseeing all store operations and managing inventory.
- Follow safety and security rules, protecting customers and associates.
- Maintain a presentable store environment.
