Responsibilities include floor leadership, staff motivation, scheduling, training, and opening/closing the store. The position requires at least three years in retail management, strong computer skills, and a flexible weekend schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in retail management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and guest services to achieve sales goals.
• Restock and organize floor displays according to merchandising guidelines.
• Lead and motivate team, schedule staff, and provide training.
• Open/close the store as needed and maintain security and safety protocols.
• Support visitors with product selections and upsell complementary items.
• Maintain attendance and reliability, including weekend shifts.
