Job summary

Panda Express, a leader in quick-service restaurant, is seeking an experienced Store Manager for a branch in Lawton, OK. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of a single store, including staffing, coaching and directing team members to meet financial goals and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

We offer an extensive leadership training program of 8 weeks or more to prepare you for success, along with ongoing mentorship and support from the Panda community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
