Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 21 years.
• Physical demands include in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking and climbing ladders.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds is required.
• Prior retail management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services.
• Oversee store operation to ensure maximum sales and profitability.
• Control expenses, shrinkage, and manage human resources.
