You bring 5–10+ years of leadership, store management experience, and a track record of promoting from within. A collaborative, energetic style and strong communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of management experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Creative thinking
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure
• Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 25lbs
