Five Below is seeking a Store Manager to energize a fast-paced, high-volume store and deliver results on the sales floor and in the backroom. You’ll lead from the floor, coach a powerhouse team, manage labor within budget, and keep zones sharp while delivering outstanding customer experiences that match Five Below’s bold, fun culture.

With 5–10+ years of leadership experience and a proven ability to grow talent, you’ll drive store performance, celebrate wins, and contribute to a workplace people

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
