• Recruit, hire and train staff to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop tasks to keep store clean, stocked, organized and well-kept.
• Maintain professional image and scheduling within company guidelines.
• Address customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Prepare performance appraisals and conduct check-ins in Workday.
