Qualifications

• 3 years retail / customer service management experience or 4+ years US Military service required.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales focused environment.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store partners to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Manage daily store operations, including open/close and shift coverage.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and standards across service, quality and cleanliness.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training of team members.
• Foster a collaborative, growth‑m oriented store culture.
