Job summary

Cosmoprof, Jacksonville, FL, is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic beauty team, elevate the customer experience, and drive sales. You will develop staff, manage daily operations, and ensure an inviting, high-performance store environment.

The ideal candidate has strong retail leadership, a proven track record in driving results, and a passion for hair and beauty. Cosmetology license is a plus but not required; training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management.
Operational, financial and performance management experience.
Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required.
Self-starter attitude with a drive to educate staff and customers.
Passion for hair and beauty products and industry.
