KLEAN, LCC doing business as Domino's in Findlay, OH area is seeking future store managers or assistant managers to lead a million-dollar store. You will oversee all aspects of the store, guide staff, ensure safety and training, and drive operations, sales and profits.

The role is full-time and salaried, with weekend requirements and opportunity to grow into the boss position. You bring a great attitude, high energy, prior management or Domino's experience, and a legal right to work in the USA.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the USA.
• Experience in Domino's or managing people preferred.
• Strong leadership, judgment and multitasking abilities.
• Good driving record and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all aspects of the store.
• Lead and train team to meet safety and policy standards.
• Drive sales, operations, and profitability.
• Work 5+ days per week, including weekends.
