Big O Tires in Colorado is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic team, drive sales, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You’ll oversee daily operations, scheduling, inventory, and store appearance while coaching others and upholding company standards.

You’ll also manage a fast-paced, hands-on environment with a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Tire knowledge is a plus, but willingness to learn is essential.

Qualifications

• Management experience in retail, automotive service, or a similar environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills.
• A results-driven mindset and enthusiasm for coaching others.
• Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on setting.
• Tire or automotive knowledge is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential.
