Job summary

ACE of Thomasville seeks a Store Manager to lead our hardware, garden center, gift, grilling, and outdoor power equipment departments. You will drive teamwork, set expectations, and ensure exceptional customer service on the sales floor.

You will organize work through delegation and follow-through, with a focus on training a strong team and maintaining store presentation and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Previous retail management experience leading teams and daily store ops.
• Proven ability to train, coach, delegate, and hold a team accountable.
• Strong customer service, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand sales reports, labor budgets, gross margin, and inventory performance.
• Comfortable using POS systems, inventory software, email, and spreadsheets.
• Availability to work a retail schedule including evenings and weekends.
