Casey’s is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team and serve the community with enthusiasm and pride. You will oversee all aspects of operating a Casey’s store, including team management, guest service, merchandising, loss prevention, and food preparation, while guiding a customizable career path within a Fortune 400 company.

You will drive strategic initiatives, manage schedules, control costs, and ensure high standards of service and safety.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail or service environments.
• Ability to manage store operations and budgets.
• Willingness to work varied hours including evenings and weekends.
• Experience in hiring, training, and supervising staff.
• Strong customer service and guest relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean to build relationships with guests and communities.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise Team Members; coach and mentor the team.
• Model Casey’s CARES values (Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service).
• Manage labor budget and staffing; ensure scheduling is updated and posted.
• Oversee kitchen operations for productivity and profitability.
• Oversee daily bookwork, inventories, audits, and merchandise orders; protect assets.
• Develop Store Action Plans with the District Manager to address KPIs and P&L.
• Attend trainings and complete required certifications.
