Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Store/Retail/Counter Manager to lead a team of Sales Associates in Boston. You will drive sales, customer service, and store operations while delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced cosmetics environment.

You will plan and execute in-store events, manage staff scheduling, and collaborate on business planning to recruit and retain customers, with a focus on leadership and coaching for a high-performing team.

Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location.
