Pandora is seeking a Store Manager for LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch. You will lead a dynamic team on the sales floor, drive store performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while upholding Pandora's brand standards.

The role requires 3–5 years of store leadership in a high-energy environment, strong communication, and the ability to recruit and develop top talent. Flexible schedule incl. nights and weekends; base plus bonus, 401K, and comprehensive benefits available.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Store Manager experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to inspire and coach a sales team to achieve KPI targets.
• Business acumen with analytical thinking to deliver results.
• Proven recruiting, retention and development of high-performing teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and POS systems.
• At least 18 years old and eligible to work.

Responsibilities
