Stonebriar Automotive Services is seeking a Store Manager for Jiffy Lube locations. You will provide hands-on leadership, oversee daily operations, and drive guest service and safety standards while mentoring the team.

The role emphasizes training, motivation, and financial performance, with a focus on a positive work environment. A current driver's license is required; vehicle maintenance experience is a plus, and we offer training if needed.

Qualifications

• Previous vehicle maintenance experience is preferred, but not required.
• If you have a stable work history in a physical environment with management experience, we can train you.
• A current and valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on overall leadership to store teammates to ensure operational objectives.
• Oversee staff training and development.
• Provide safety guidance and enforce safety policies.
• Motivate and direct store teammates to achieve guest service and company goals.
• Oversee store financial performance and budgeting to drive profitability.
• Ensure guest service meets or exceeds company standards.
• Create an energetic and fun working environment for all team members.
