• Minimum 3 years retail management experience preferred.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX a plus.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and frequent climbing, bending, and walking.

• Recruit and hire store associates to serve customers.
• Foster growth and development of associates through training on operations and merchandising.
