Job summary

A growing bakery chain is seeking a full-time Store Manager in Training in Seattle. This role involves supervisory responsibilities, training team members, and ensuring customer service excellence. Candidates should have supervisory experience in retail or restaurants, interviewing skills, and proficiency with Point of Sale systems. Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or retail store.
• Prior experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly support staff.
• Ability to utilize MS Office, Word and our Applicant Tracking System.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and have legal eligibility for employment in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform as Manager-on-Duty during scheduled shifts when Store Ops Manager is not present.
• Supervise, train and coach team members engaged in cookie sales and customer deliveries.
• Support Store Ops Manager with ordering, inventory control and scheduling.
• Ensure team members provide the best customer service.
