Job summary

Circle K Gulf Coast Birmingham store in Alabama is seeking a Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations and drive store performance. You will supervise a team, train staff, manage inventory, and ensure outstanding customer service in line with Circle K standards.

You will develop strong relationships with suppliers, monitor financials, and maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming site that reflects the company’s values and brand. Minimum qualifications apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Experience to perform essential duties and responsibilities.
• Ability to supervise and train staff on equipment and procedures.
• Ability to supervise store functions and cash control.
• Computer literacy including reports analysis, inventory control, and counseling notices.
• Valid driver's license and transportation to meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Schedule staff and manage site cleanliness and stocking.
• Develop professional relationships with suppliers and handle customer service.
• Train employees on safety procedures and company standards.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
• Ensure proper posting and signage and maintain site image.
