Palm Beach Tan - ATL is hiring a Store Manager in Loganville, GA to lead daily operations and drive sales. You will supervise staff, ensure excellent customer service, and uphold safety and store standards.

The role requires at least one year of supervisory experience, strong motivational skills, and the ability to train and develop a team. Competitive pay plans with base pay, commission, bonuses, and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively motivate others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• This position has a required 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics.
• Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees.
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers.
• Meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet their metrics.
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales.
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements.
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance.
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
