Job summary

GNC is seeking a Store Manager in Training (SMIT) in Utah to fast-track individuals into store leadership. Under guidance of a Store or District Manager, you will learn to manage daily operations, drive results, and develop your team while embracing our Live Well philosophy.

You will build strong customer relationships, demonstrate product knowledge, and support sales initiatives, including MYGNC Rewards, in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store team to provide exceptional service.

• Assist in cash handling, inventory, and deposits per procedures.
• Represent the brand at community events and promote initiatives.
