The Store Manager In Training (SMIT) job is a development focused role crafted to prepare you for a future CVS Store Manager position.

SMIT Program Details

The SMIT program is a 16‑week, self‑paced, collaborative training designed to develop future store leaders. It includes virtual and hands‑on learning experiences with support from a District Leader, Human Resources Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Retail management experience or experience as a CVS Supervisor.
• Willingness to accept a promotion to Store Manager role at any location in the designated market.
• Ability to transfer to other CVS Pharmacy stores located within the designated market.
• Ability to work a schedule that may vary based on business needs.

Time & Compensation

• Anticipated Weekly Hours: 45 hours
• Time Type: Full time
• Pay Range: $18.50 - $26.25 per hour (base rate; actual offer depends on experience, education, geography and other factors)
