**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:** (other duties may be assigned)

1. Assist the Store Manager with management responsibilities including training and development of employees and store responsibilities;
2. Schedule employees for shifts;
3. Resolve store issues including customer concerns;
4. Ensure compliance with all required regulations and requirements;
5. Assist with audits and proper placement and stocking of merchandise;
6. Oversee timely guest transactions to ensure hospitality for all store guests;
7. Monitor profits through end-of-day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations, and retail waste.

**REQUIREMENTS:** (Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications, and/or experience may be considered)

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience: One year supervising others in a fast food, restaurant, retail, or convenience operation preferred
• Certification: Successful completion of required certification testing upon employment
