CVS Health is seeking candidates for the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) Program. This 16-week development role prepares individuals for Store Manager positions through collaborative training and hands-on experiences. Candidates will learn essential skills to lead teams, manage inventory, and enhance customer care. The SMIT role is a development-focused position designed to prepare you for a Store Manager role at CVS. The program lasts 16 weeks and includes self-paced, collaborative training with virtual and hands-on learning experiences. Support for your growth includes your District Leader, Human Resources Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.
Note: Selection as an SMIT does not guarantee promotion to Store Manager; promotion depends on performance and available openings.

Time Type: Full time
Pay Range: $18.50 - $28.67 per hour
