Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is hiring a Retail Store Manager to lead a store’s operations, production, and donations processing in Arizona and Maryland. You will supervise the Assistant Store Manager, Production Team, and Donation Attendants, driving sales and excellent customer service while controlling payroll and inventory costs.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years retail management experience, preferably thrift.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes retail operations plan to meet income, revenue and production goals.
• Coordinate with Retail District Manager on strategic plans to drive donations.
• Monitor product levels and costs to meet budget targets.
• Ensure payroll and operating costs stay within budget.
• Ensure staff deliver excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Maintain store cleanliness and reflect Goodwill branding.

Responsible for entire store production, directly leading Assistant Store Manager(s), Production Team, and Donation Attendants.
