Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Store Manager in Training for the 19th Ave Phoenix store. You will drive retail operations, lead a team including Assistant Store Manager, Production Team, and Donation Attendants, and ensure excellent community service and store presentation.

Starting pay is $70,000 annually with a comprehensive benefits package. The role requires retail management experience, strong leadership, and a commitment to Goodwill's mission to empower individuals

Qualifications

• Two years’ work experience in Retail Management, preferably thrift.
• One-year customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Ability to read and speak English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes retail operations plan to hit income and production goals.
• Monitors inventory levels and ensures budget adherence.
• Leads and develops Store Team Members and volunteers.

Responsible for entire store production, directly leading Assistant Store Manager(s), Production Team, and Donation Attendants.
