The Store Manager in Training role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Area. In this role, the individual will learn and support daily store operations, including managing customer accounts, overseeing inventory, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The position involves assisting with sales activities, coaching and guiding team members, and contributing to a positive, customer-focused store environment. The Store Manager in Training will also help monitor store performance, support merchandising and cleanliness standards, and participate in training programs designed to prepare for full Store Manager responsibilities.
