Baseball Lifestyle 101 is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for our Houston Galleria location. The role focuses on leading a team, optimizing store operations, and ensuring strong sales and customer service.

Pay ranges from $22.00 to $23.00 per hour with in-person work and flexible scheduling. The position requires proven retail management experience, strong leadership, and capability to manage cash handling, inventory, and vendor relationships.

Formación

• Minimum of retail management experience with a focus on sales and customer service.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate a diverse team.
• Ability to manage cash handling, registers and inventory control effectively.
• Experience in analyzing sales data and market trends for planning.
• ProvenVendor negotiation and relationship management abilities.
• Education: high school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Organize store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel.
• Interview, select candidates, and oversee a team of retail associates.
• Create and maintain the schedule for all retail staff.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure budget compliance.
• Address customer complaints and maintain store reputation.
• Plan in-store promotional events and displays.
• Analyze sales and revenue reports to forecast growth.
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and a positive work environment.
