Trader Buck's Flea Market is seeking an experienced Store Manager to ensure smooth store operations at our new flea market location. You will hire, train, and supervise staff, schedule shifts, and implement processes that attract guests and vendors.

The role requires leadership in a fast-paced retail setting, strong organizational skills, and a customer-service mindset. The location operates daily 11am–7pm, with opportunities for growth and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Three years of previous retail management experience (Manager or Assistant Manager) preferred.
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills are essential.
• Excellent team building and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and lead employees.
• Coach employees to attract and retain guests and vendors.
• Create or approve schedules.
• Demonstrate sales skills by keeping vendor booths rented.
• Maintain information in the point-of-sale system.
• Establish helpful relationships to retain vendors and staff.
