Job summary

In this role, you will manage the entire store's operation, supervising associates and ensuring excellent guest experiences. Panda offers an extensive leadership training program that lasts 8 weeks or longer to prepare you for success, along with a competitive compensation range of $33–$36 per hour.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma and be certified in Food Safety. Additionally, flexibility to work at different locations and varied hours, including weekends, is expected.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work in various locations within a 50-mile radius is required.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules is essential.
• Food Safety certification (Serve Safe) is mandatory.
