Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience (retail, restaurant, front desk, site management) required.
• 1+ years of customer-centered sales and collections (cold calling) experience.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new applications.
• Valid driver's license with access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales by converting opportunities to rentals and upselling.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries.
