The successful candidate will recruit, train, and coach staff, manage inventory and scheduling, and uphold food safety and operational standards while building a positive work environment for the team and customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of management experience.
• Experience supervising others, scheduling, merchandising; budgeting and expense control preferred.
• Leadership training and strong communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, coaching and development to store team members.
• Creates a positive, safe, and clean store environment for staff and customers.
