Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience required.
• At least 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead in a multiunit capacity.
• Provide and model best-in-class guest service and promote promotions.
• Oversee Omni-Channel orders and daily shipping fulfillment.
• Lead store team and ensure staffing, onboarding, and training.
• Handle payroll, time off, and attendance in alignment with policies.
