Store Manager (Full Time) – Earthbound Trading Co

Pay Range: $40,000 - $50,000

Earthbound Trading Co. is in search of a Full-Time Store Manager for their Eden Prairie Center location!

The Store Manager is responsible for managing all day-to-day operations of the store. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Sales and excellent customer relationships
• Ensuring the sales floor is staffed with an excellent sales team
• Making sure the floor is properly merchandised with freight to the floor within 48 hours
• Inventory control, administrative, and banking responsibilities

Job Requirements:

• Must be a great salesperson with retail management experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, have dependable transportation and self-motivation skills
• Possess a personality that supports efficiency, inspirational leadership qualities, and a can do

Salary Range: $45,000.00 To $50,000.00 Annually PLUS Benefits
