Salon Services is seeking a Full Time Store Manager to deliver an exceptional customer experience to internal and external customers through leadership, coaching, and supervision of the store.

Responsibilities include driving sales, managing operations, inventory, events, and promotions while maintaining strong communication with the team and district leadership. Candidates should have 1–3 years of customer-facing work and supervisory experience.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years customer-facing experience.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable with computers.
• Comfortable working with numbers; basic math concepts.
• Previous cash handling experience.
• Stand and/or sit for a full shift; able to lift up to 50 pounds.

We are currently seeking a Full Time Store Manager to provide an exceptional customer experience to Salon Services & Supplies internal and external customers through leadership, coaching, and supervision of the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership and Culture: Continually drive and develop Salon Services culture by nurturing, supporting and promoting the company mission, values, vision and brand.
• Planning: Work with District or Regional Manager to develop team goals and action plans. Measure and report performance via monthly Performance Development Meetings (PDMs). Direct the store team to achieve objectives by executing action plans.
• Supervision: Provides leadership in the day-to-day sales and operational processes of the Store location.
• Communication: Ensure proactive, collaborative, and timely communication with management, store team, and other stakeholders within the organization.
• Performance: Accountable for the attainment of store sales goal and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) by providing a consistent high level of customer service in all interactions with customers and continually educating, cross promoting and up-selling products to customers.
• Educating Customers: Organize and execute all functions related to events, sampling, etc.
• Inventory: Adhere to all Inventory controls set forth by Salon Services and Supplies. Maintain proper inventory levels, ensure inventory is faced and properly restocked throughout the day, and receive shipments in accordance to store policy.
• Store Operations: Maintain a clean and presentable store. Display promotions and signage appropriately. Manage communication, this includes but is not limited to voicemails and Emails. Manage all cash flow of sales and deposit all cash to bank within 24 hours of close.
• All other assigned tasks, as set forth by the District Store Manager.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

• 1-3 years Customer Facing experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated in a clear, concise, accurate, timely and professional manner.
• Ability to follow instructions with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable with the use of computers.
• Comfortable working with numbers, able to apply basic mathematical concepts.
• Previous cash handling experience preferred.
• Stand and/or sit continuously to perform job functions for a full shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
