The pay range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000 anually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on factors such-as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. General Description:

As a Store Manager, you will gain hands‑on experience in one of Goodyear's Auto Service center, by making meaningful connections while delivering outstanding service. Also, you will be responsible for managing the store effectively by scheduling associates, appointments and being involved in tracking and reaching profitability goals. Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of previous retail management experience
• Valid driver's license
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous automotive sales or service experience
• Automotive Shop management experience or military equivalent experience
