Job summary

Holiday Stationstores is seeking a results-driven leader to oversee daily store operations in Wisconsin. The role focuses on recruiting and coaching staff, maintaining store standards, and ensuring top-notch customer service.

You will manage scheduling, merchandising, and safety practices while collaborating with suppliers and management to drive sales and profitability. The position emphasizes strong communication, financial acumen, and the ability to train teams in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications include high school diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Experience to perform essential duties, responsibilities and working in the described conditions.
• Ability to supervise and train for equipment, tools and materials listed in CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage functions listed in CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to use a computer and analyze reports, inventory control, cash control, notices, etc.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to/from meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep site clean, stocked, and well kept.
• Maintain professional image among staff and supervisor.
• Schedule employees within guidelines to maximize service and image.
• Implement fair management practices in hiring, training, counseling and separating staff.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints.
• Promote safe, positive image in the community.
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide feedback.
• Train employees on customer service, site image, and safety procedures.
• Establish timely communication with staff and Market Manager.
• Develop action plans to meet site objectives and organize site files and manuals.
• Manage reports, merchandise display and pricing; ensure posters are visible.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits; forecast P&L lines.
