• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and ability to work various shifts.
• English communication skills required.
• Ability to perform essential duties and physical tasks described.
• May require food service certificates (e.g., ServSafe).

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises 2+ full-time employees, assigns tasks and ensures store standards.
• Recruits, hires and trains staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Schedules employees to meet business needs and customer demand.
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stocking, organization and safety.
• Build relationships with suppliers and manage store operations.
• Provide training on safety, cash handling and company policies.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
