Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 1–2 years of retail work experience.
• Supervise and train staff on equipment, CSR/LSR/SA tasks.
• Use computer to view reports, manage inventory and cash.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to have open availability.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Food safety certificates may be required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 2+ full-time employees and lead by example.
• Recruit, hire and train staff while ensuring excellent customer service.
• Maintain store appearance, stocking and merchandising per company standards.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Oversee scheduling to meet business needs and customer service goals.
• Ensure safety procedures and cash handling practices are followed.
• Complete all required training and performance reviews.
• Communicate store goals and updates to staff regularly.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
