Feeds' n Needs is hiring a Store Manager for our Bridgewater, NS location. We seek dynamic leaders with excellent communication skills to motivate teams, enhance customer service, and drive sales growth. Your role will involve overseeing store operations, ensuring compliance, maintaining store standards, analyzing market trends, and implementing innovative strategies.

Responsibilities
  1. Implement regional store strategies to increase traffic and profitability.
  2. Manage store administration and policy compliance.
  3. Maintain store condition and visual merchandising standards.
  4. Report on buying trends, customer needs, and profit margins.
  5. Develop and introduce ideas to expand market share.
Customer Service & People Management
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through outstanding service.
  • Address staff and customer issues effectively.
