Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail sales experience in a specialty environment.
• 1+ years of retail management experience.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to recruit, train and develop staff.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to create the Oakley Experience for customers.
• Direct and supervise store workforce; make staffing decisions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and manage store financial performance.
• Maintain brand equity and visual standards in-store (merchandising, signage, lighting).
