Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking a Store Manager to oversee the complete operation of a seasonal store in Florida. You will drive sales, manage staff, and ensure Guest Services excellence while controlling expenses.

Responsibilities include shrink reduction, merchandising, inventory control, setup, pack-up and teardown of the seasonal shop, with a flexible schedule and a minimum age of 21. Physical duties apply, including standing and lifting up to 50 pounds.
