Enmarket is hiring a General Manager for the Lyons, GA location. You will oversee day-to-day store operations, including car wash and food service where applicable, with a focus on profitability and safety.

Strong leadership and budgeting skills are essential to drive sales and maintain high service standards. You will recruit, train, and coach staff, manage schedules and payroll, control inventory and shrink, and ensure compliance with all policies and regulations while delivering a warm,

Qualificações

• 1-3 years of management experience in convenience store, retail, fast food, or restaurant operations.
• Budget and P&L understanding.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with strong leadership.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Certification (UST Class A/B) within 30 days for Maine applicants (state-specific requirement).
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization and be flexible for shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop store staff.
• Lead workforce management and scheduling to meet budget and service goals.
• Protect store profitability and achieve budgeted financial objectives.
• Monitor inventory, shrink, and cash handling with accuracy.
• Ensure policy compliance, safety, and a high standard of customer service.
• Supervise hourly employees and provide coaching and feedback.
• Maintain vendor relations, product mix, and store presentation.
• Oversee safety, health program adherence, and training.
• Manage convenience/food service operations including car wash where applicable.
