Venchi in NYC is seeking a Store Manager for its chocolate and gelato storefront. You will lead a high-performance team, drive sales, manage inventory, and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of store management experience, strong MS Office skills, and a passion for our brand. Availability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays is required; fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Store Manager experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong leadership and customer-service skills.
• Ability to manage store operations including scheduling, inventory and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to achieve sales, productivity, and COGS goals.
• Provide outstanding customer service with effective sales strategies.
• Ensure adherence to Venchi service model and brand standards.
• Communicate effectively to ensure staff have necessary resources.
• Monitor KPIs, manage store calendar, and inventory.
• Execute visual merchandising guidelines and layouts.
• Maintain high standards of food and health compliance.
