Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Wisconsin to oversee daily operations and profitability across one or more store locations. You will lead staff, drive sales, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain strict cash handling controls.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs; ability to multitask and lead store operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting all options to meet their needs.
• Interact with customers using active listening to confirm information and diffuse complaints.
• Escalate issues to the District Director of Operations and Corporate Office if needed.
• Handle and count currency, cash, and coins, including deposits and cash drawer management.
• Balance batch receipts with store sales reports and resolve over/short discrepancies.
• Process all transactions accurately per company policy (loans, check cashing, Net Spend).
• Coordinate operations, development, and training to achieve metric targets.
• Maintain store staff schedule and provide coverage for other district stores.
• Assist District Director of Operations with recruiting, selection, and onboarding of Assistant Store Managers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

T he Store Manager is responsible for daily operations and profitability of one or more of our retail locations. This role is accountable for site operations, sales, customer service, and store level leadership.Essential Duties:Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting all options for products and / or services to customers that meet their needs .Interact with customers, using active listening skills, to confirm or clarify information and diffuse customer complaints.Escalate issues to the District Director of Operations ( DDO ) and Corporate Office if unable to resolve the issue directly with the customer .Respond professionally and accurately customers in response to general questions, customer applications, requests, customer sales, courtesy, and collection calls in accordance with federal regulations , store operating procedures , and district or region volume expectations .Handle and count currency, cash, and coins to include managing a cash drawer, counting cash deposits, moving cash from secure safe to cash drawer , and other cash handling requirements ; m ay be responsible for bank deposits or bank pick-ups .Balance individual batch receipts with store sales reports at end of day and assist with resolving over/short discrepancies .Perform customer verifications to validate information presented.P rocess all transactions accurately and per company policy, including but not limited to loans, check cashing , and Net Spend .Comply with federal and state regulations and Company polic ies and procedure s .Complete compliance trainings and quarterly I Agree timely .Coordinate operations, development, and training necessary for store achieving metric targets .M aintain store staff schedule and assist covering other stores within the district .Support store staff to ensure excellent customer service and embodiment of sales culture .Assist District Director of Operations with the recruiting, selection, and onboarding of Assistant Store Managers in the district .Other duties as assigned .Minimum Education and Experience Required:High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience2+ years of experience with sales, customer service , and cash handling1+ year of supervisory experience preferredExceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office programsAbility to multitask, prioritize, work in an autonomous environment, and provide store level leadershipMust have own personal reliable transportation in compliance with published policy and procedure , t his may not include public transportation, transportation from family or friends , m ust maintain a valid Driver’s License and valid Automobile Insurance while employed by the companyAbility and willingness to consistently live and embrace our core values of accountable, inclusive, transparent, and focusedPhysical Demands :Call center/Retail/Office environmentExtensive cash handlingExtended phone usageLong periods of standingExtended viewing of computer screens and typingMust be able to lift up to 50lbs, with or without reasonable accommodationsTravel / Attendance:Must be able to travel to all stores within the assigned district with personal vehicleMay be asked to travel to neighboring districtsMay require overnight travelMust work assigned shifts as scheduledSupervisory Functions:Position may be on-site lead for one or more Assistant Store ManagersWhy Choose CNG Holdings, Inc.CNG Holdings Inc.
