KnitWell Group is seeking a Store Manager for Store 0464-Carmel Mountain Ranch TC-Chico's in San Diego, CA. The role focuses on leading a retail team, delivering a seamless customer experience, and driving store performance.

You will hire and coach staff, manage payroll and scheduling, and use reporting to improve metrics while upholding brand standards. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays are expected, with opportunities for monthly bonuses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail management experience required; 2 of those years in a Store Manager position.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 5+ years of retail management experience required; 2 of those years in a Store Manager position.

• Collaborative leadership style that invests in the process of developing talent.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to drive results through reporting analysis and strategic planning.
• Action‑oriented approach to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on top of deadlines.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
