Job summary

Catalyst Brands, owner of JCPenney, is seeking a Store Manager in Livermore, CA to lead a high-performing team and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will manage hiring, training, merchandising, and operations to hit sales and profitability targets.

The role requires coaching, a data-driven approach, and a drive to develop talent while maintaining brand standards across the store. Travel to district meetings may be needed.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years as a Store Manager in similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
  • Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
  • May require occasional travel to other store locations and attend district meetings.

The Store Manager reports to the District Sales Manager.
