Job summary

Catalyst Brands is seeking a Store Manager for one of its Lucky Brand locations in California. You will lead a team, hire and train top performers, and oversee all store operations to meet sales and profitability goals.

You will foster a positive, energetic environment that engages managers, associates, and customers daily. You report to the District Sales Manager and will manage staffing, training, and merchandising while maintaining brand standards and delivering an exceptional customer

Qualifications

• 2+ years as Store Manager in similar volume apparel environment.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• May require occasional travel to other store locations and attend district meetings.

Responsibilities

• Use statistical information and market knowledge to create action plans and achieve financial, customer-service and operational goals, while addressing the store unique strengths and challenges.
• Understand and demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.

• Provide and receive feedback to improve performance and develop team members.

• Ensure store standards for merchandising and operations are met consistently.
• Oversee all controllable expenses such as payroll and training to increase profitability.

• Provide leadership or assistance with floor sets, window changes, and other merchandising and visual expectations.
• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and execute management functions in the absence of Assistant Manager. Schedule employees to their strengths to maximize productivity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Store Manager in similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed) and attend district meetings.

For paid holidays, associates who are eligible for paid vacation are also eligible for eight paid holidays during the calendar year. Store hourly associates scheduled to work on a designated holiday will receive additional compensation.
